1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include the original packaging and tags

  • Be returned within 14 days from the delivery date

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@luxormens.com with your order number

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Send the product back using a trackable shipping method

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your bank account or contact your card provider

  • If still unresolved after 10 working days, contact us at support@luxormens.com
